You build scalable data models and pipelines that empower business users, analysts, and data scientists to do their best work. With strong roots in engineering and a keen eye for business logic, you ensure that the right data reaches the right people - in the right format.
From transforming spreadsheets into governed pipelines to enabling self-service platforms with tools like dbt, Snowflake, and Power BI, you'll play a key role in creating data platforms that are both robust and insightful.

- Optimize data workflows for performance, usability, and cost efficiency.
- Work closely with business users to understand analytics needs and create semantic layers that support them.
- Develop and manage self-service analytics platforms with tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to align on infrastructure and governance.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling visual dashboards.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, standards, and team learning.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Usability?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong IT/ICT component.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or Spark) for data processing and transformation.
- Experience with DBT and cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Azure Data Factory and/or Fabric).
- Strong understanding of data modelling, designing and maintaining scalable, reusable, and reliable data models.
- Experience with DevOps tools and deployment pipelines is a plus, as well as self service analytics enablement or Agentic Analytics.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing expectations.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (required for this role).
