Job description
Packsize is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Workday Analyst to support our growing European operations. In this role, you will play a key part in configuring Workday, documenting and improving HR processes, and driving continuous improvement across our global HR systems. You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and our U.S.-based HRIS team to ensure processes are scalable, efficient, and consistently applied worldwide. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, hands-on HRIS experience, and a passion for optimizing people's processes and systems in a global environment.
What you'll do

Perform hands-on configuration in Workday, primarily within HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking.

Support testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of Workday updates and enhancements.

Gather business requirements from HR and IT stakeholders and translate them into Workday solutions.

Document HR and cross-functional processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardization.

Create user guides and training materials to support change management .

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems, supporting GDPR compliance and internal data privacy practices.

Collaborate with teams working on adjacent systems (e.g., payroll, finance) to improve process flow, reporting accuracy, and overall system integration.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or HR operations with systems exposure

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Hands-on experience working with HR systems (Workday strongly preferred)

Strong analytical, documentation, and process improvement skills

Familiarity with GDPR and European HR data practices

Experience working in cross-functional and international teams

Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems and processes

Ability to speak Dutch, German , French or other European languages

Hands-on Workday configuration experience (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking)

Experience supporting Workday integrations (e.g., payroll or third-party vendors)

Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT, Business, or a related field

Workday Pro or Workday Consultant certification

Experience working with adjacent enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)

Exposure to HR operations in a European or global environment
