Job description
Lead the analytical direction of our CRM function, partnering closely with key stakeholders across the business. You'll define how data informs our lifecycle strategy, experimentation framework and multichannel optimisation across both the UK and our international markets., * Lead the CRM Analytics capability, owning frameworks for performance measurement, experimentation and insight.
- Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that shape CRM, lifecycle and retention strategies across markets.
- Develop and evolve dashboard suites, enabling self-serve insight across Commercial and CRM teams.
- Partner closely with Data Science, Machine Learning and Data Engineering to shape measurement approaches, experimentation and performance analysis.
- Drive a culture of rigorous experimentation, ensuring we test the right things, learn effectively and connect insights across our martech stack.
- Build analytical capability within the team, setting high standards for data storytelling and insight quality.
- Ensure data quality, tracking accuracy and governance across CRM measurement.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Brand to align CRM strategy with global commercial objectives.
- Continuously improve data pipelines, reporting structures and analytical processes.
Requirements
This is a hands-on role combining deep analytical expertise with the ability to influence strategy at scale. You'll play a critical role in shaping how we measure, learn and optimise CRM performance globally., * Significant experience in CRM analytics, lifecycle marketing analytics or a data-driven CRM environment, with a proven ability to shape strategy through insight.
- Strong SQL skills, with daily experience querying large and complex datasets.
- Extensive experience building and enhancing Tableau dashboards (Server and Desktop), enabling self-serve reporting for stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
- Expertise in translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that influence channel, lifecycle and broader commercial strategy.
- Confidence presenting analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, driving alignment and data-led decision making.
