Senior SAP S/4HANA Backend Developer

As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Backend Developer, you are a key contributor in a multidisciplinary team, responsible for designing and delivering high-quality backend solutions.

• You work with the newest S/4HANA development technologies to build robust, scalable backend components (cloud or on-premise).
• You translate functional requirements into solid technical designs and ensure smooth integration within the overall architecture.
• You guide colleagues by sharing best practices in ABAP, RAP, CDS, OData, and extensibility via SAP BTP.
• You contribute to reliable planning by providing accurate estimates for development tasks.
• You collaborate closely with functional, architecture, and front-end colleagues to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, or a related technical field.Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA backend development, ideally with:

• ABAP / ABAP OO
• RAP (ABAP RESTful Programming Model)
• CDS views & OData services
• SAP BTP or CAP-based extensions
• Integration between SAP and non-SAP systems

Solid understanding of modern SAP development principles (cloud-ready development, clean-core).Fluent in English and Dutch or French. Willing to work in a hybrid setup.SAP development certifications are a plus.
