Are you an experienced AI Architect ready to shape the future of enterprise conversational platforms? Join a strategic internal chatbot initiative within a leading insurance company, delivering scalable, secure, and cloud-aligned AI solutions for multiple internal stakeholders.
As the AI Architect, you will define and oversee the end-to-end architecture of an internal AI chatbot platform. This role is focused on solution design, scalability, cloud integration, security, and enterprise IT alignment.
You will serve as the technical reference point, guiding engineering teams and ensuring best practices across the AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design the overall AI & chatbot architecture across enterprise systems
Define model strategy, data flows, integrations, and cloud architecture
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of AI solutions
Drive compliance with security, privacy, and IT governance standards
Align AI initiatives with enterprise architecture frameworks
Guide AI Engineers on implementation, patterns, and best practices
Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor for stakeholders
Requirements
Strong background as an AI Architect / Solution Architect in enterprise environments
Deep understanding of AI, NLP, Conversational AI, and Chatbot Architectures
Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred) ️
Knowledge of security, data governance, and integration patterns
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Experience in Insurance or Healthcare is a strong plus
Fluent in English, with working knowledge of Dutch and/or French
