Job description

You will lead full lifecycle ERP projects - from discovery and solution design through to go-live and ongoing optimisation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll guide clients on process improvement, AI readiness, and technology strategy while building long-term partnerships.

This position suits an experienced BC Consultant ready to step into a more senior, influential role with leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations

  • Conduct business process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities

  • Configure and tailor BC SaaS solutions aligned to client strategy

  • Advise on AI readiness, Copilot, and automation strategies

  • Work closely with developers on bespoke extensions and integrations

  • Oversee data migration and user adoption

  • Deliver stakeholder workshops and executive-level engagement

  • Provide post-go-live support and strategic guidance

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Solid finance and core ERP process knowledge

  • Confident discussing AI, Copilot, and automation at a strategic level

  • Experience working within structured delivery methodologies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Microsoft certifications highly desirable

  • 2-5+ years' experience in ERP consulting (Microsoft-focused preferred)
