Job description
This is a new, developing in-house role within our marketing team. Until now, we have worked with an external agency for creative content; however, the time delay between brief and delivery is slowing our ability to react quickly to campaigns, social trends, and business needs.
We are therefore bringing this function in-house, and are looking for a creative, motivated Junior Content Creator & Graphic Designer to be part of the business day-to-day. This role will allow for faster turnaround, closer collaboration, and more responsive content creation across our digital channels.
You will work closely with our Social Media & Marketing Manager to create engaging visual and video-led content for social media, websites, advertising, and brand campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone confident using the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong interest in social-first video, motion content, and developing skills across Meta Business tools., * Create eye-catching graphic design assets for digital marketing, social media, web, and campaigns
- Design and edit short-form video content, including:
- Reels
- Video GIFs
- Social animations
- Edit and produce video content using Premiere Pro and Adobe Rush
- Create branded visuals using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Plan, create, schedule, and release social media reels and visual content
- Work within Meta Business Suite, supporting:
- Content scheduling
- Asset management
- Performance awareness and optimisation
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media & Marketing Manager to deliver fast, responsive creative output
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and franchise partner requirements
- Manage multiple creative briefs with quick turnaround times
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform updates, * Daily collaboration within the business rather than agency lead times
- Exposure to multi-brand marketing and fast-moving digital campaigns
- A supportive marketing team with room to develop skills and responsibility

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Time management?, Essential:
- Confident use of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Rush
- Ability to create short-form video content for social platforms
- Knowledge and understanding of Meta Business Suite, or the capability and enthusiasm to help advance the use of this platform
- Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, in-house environment
Desirable:
- Experience creating Reels, GIFs, and motion-based content
- Awareness of social media performance and engagement metrics
- Previous experience in a marketing, creative, or content role (including placements or internships)
