Job description

Support the delivery, configuration, testing and improvement of key IT systems across the organisation. * Work closely with experienced developers and technical leads and getting involved in real system enhancements. * Help troubleshoot issues, maintain integrations and data flows, and contribute to system upgrades and new feature rollouts. * Be part of Agile ceremonies - stand-ups, sprint reviews, planning and retros - and help champion continuous improvement. * Produce clear documentation, process maps, and support materials for colleagues. * Collaborate with teams across Tech & Data and the wider business to solve real operational challenges.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with great attention to detail who is motivated and eager to grow. If you are already hands-on in system development or looking to take the next big step in your career, we want to hear from you., You will have strong foundations and the drive to learn and improve., Have experience supporting or developing business systems (ERP, CRM, housing, finance, HR etc.) * Enjoy problemsolving and translating technical concepts into plain language. * Are comfortable working in Agile environments or keen to develop Agile experience. * Are organised, eager to build your technical confidence, and happy working on varied tasks. * Understand the importance of data quality, security, and good IT governance. * Housing sector or Housing systems experience is a bonus.
