Requirements
Managing and optimising Windows Server and Red Hat Linux estates.
Building and maintaining virtualised environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
Overseeing IT assets, with automated monitoring and reporting baked in.
Embedding cyber best practice, running vulnerability assessments, and meeting strict compliance standards.
Main Skills Needed:
Solid background in infrastructure engineering or systems administration.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux.
Proven use of virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Good understanding of cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and secure design.
Exposure to regulated or high-assurance environments (defence experience a plus).
Experience with asset management and monitoring/automation tools.
