Do you want the chance to work as part of an innovative small team supporting the cutting edge of pre-hospital emergency care? This is for you!, As a Senior IT Server Specialist, some of your duties will be to:
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2019 and newer) on HPE and Dell Azure Local Hardware
- Deploy, support, and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
- Perform regular system updates, backups and restores, and security audits to maintain data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with other teams to design and implement scalable server solutions
You should have in depth experience of Active Directory, Entra ID, Office365, Hyper-V virtualisation, Clustering, Citrix and Dell and HP server hardware. You should also have Knowledge of SQL, IIS, DNS, DHCP and a sound understanding of networking concepts

Requirements
Were looking for a dedicated, highly motivated individual who can work as part of our existing Server and Storage team to support to the whole organisation, including 2 Ambulance Emergency Operations Centres.
The successful applicant must be able to take part in the Teams out of hours on call rota, this will attract an additional percentage (on call allowance) in additional to the band 7 salary & section 2 unsocial hours enhancements.
