C++ Developer

As a software engineer at Accent Pointe, you will develop in-house trading applications and optimize them for maximum efficiency. You will have the opportunity to propose new ideas and create applications that support our daily trading operations. Working within a small, agile team, you will collaborate closely with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to execute projects quickly.

Academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (HBO+).

• 3+ years of proficiency in C++ development.

• Experience designing and implementing Windows-based applications using the MFC library in MS Visual Studio and GitLab.

• Experience in designing and managing MS SQL.

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• The ability to navigate legacy code and rewrite it when necessary.

• A willingness to commit to and deliver time-critical projects.

• Living in the Netherlands

• Experience building large-scale, robust, and highly optimized client-server applications is a plus
