Job description

You'll support customers both remotely and on-site, ensuring EPOS and payment systems are installed, maintained and running smoothly., * Supporting EPOS systems, tills and card payment machines

  • Carrying out on-site installations, upgrades and fault resolution
  • Providing telephone and in-office technical support
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Travelling to customer sites using a company van
  • Working closely with a small, tight-knit team
  • Chance to receive bonuses from identifying new opportunities & up-selling while out in the field

This role will involve a mix of office-based work and field-based support.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • A reliable, professional and customer-focused approach
  • Confidence working within a small team
  • Strong IT and technical aptitude
  • A genuine interest in IT and technology

Desirable:

  • Previous IT support, EPOS or customer-facing technical experience
  • Basic understanding of hardware and/or software
  • Sales Focused
