Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor and provide technical leadership across a portfolio of services. The role focuses on solution design ownership, live service assurance, and the rapid resolution of High Profile Incidents (HPIs) and Major Incidents (MIs), working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams., * Take ownership of client requirements, deliverables, and accountabilities, ensuring adherence to architecture governance processes, industry best practices, and alignment with the client's architectural vision

• Drive the development and documentation of solution designs, ensuring sound architectural practices throughout the solution life cycle
• Provide oversight of architectural direction for and on behalf of clients
• Work with agile delivery teams and delivery architects across all phases of the solution life cycle
• Own solutions and act as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external senior stakeholders
• Identify, communicate, and manage technical operational risks
• Contribute to end-to-end technical operational requirements
• Deliver ad hoc technical assessments on behalf of the Service Director and Portfolio Architect
• Provide feedback on operational risks to the Operational Architect (Projects)

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within complex enterprise or public-sector environments
• Broad technical background across public and private cloud solutions and modern architectures
• Strong experience managing and resolving technical issues in live service environments
• Ability to build trusted-advisor relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, including vendors and third parties
• Ownership of technical problem management and solution delivery assurance
