The Operations Support Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Operations Manager across the Zasbi portfolio of high-end residential developments.
This is a hands-on, detail-driven position with a strong focus on maintaining exceptional operational standards across luxury amenity environments. The role centres on the management and support of leisure and lifestyle amenities including spas, swimming pools, gyms, studios, wellness areas, and food & beverage offerings.
Working closely with Site Managers and on-site teams, the Operations Support Manager ensures every amenity operates in line with Zasbi's operational framework - structured, compliant, and consistently presented to the highest standard.
The position requires a proactive and organised individual who can confidently oversee multiple developments, support operational improvements, monitor performance standards, and coordinate portfolio-wide initiatives., 1. Operational Support Across Portfolio
- Provide day-to-day support to the Operations Manager across multiple London sites.
- Assist in maintaining high operational standards across leisure and F&B amenities.
- Ensure consistency in service delivery and compliance with Zasbi procedures.
- Follow up on actions raised during site meetings and audits.
- Site Visits & Audits
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc site visits.
- Carry out standard operational walkarounds using Zasbi audit templates.
- Identify areas requiring improvement and escalate appropriately.
- Track audit findings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Support implementation of corrective action plans.
- Training & Onboarding
- Support onboarding of new site-based team members.
- Deliver elements of induction training where required.
- Ensure staff are trained on SOPs, PSOPs, compliance requirements and Zasbi standards.
- Monitor training completion and maintain training trackers.
- Work closely with Site Managers to identify development needs.
- Scheduling & Resource Planning
- Assist with creation and review of site rotas.
- Ensure staffing levels align with contract requirements and budgets.
- Provide cover planning support during annual leave or absence.
- Monitor compliance with working time regulations and holiday accrual.
- Tracker & Documentation Management
- Update and maintain:
- Maintenance trackers
- Action logs
- Compliance trackers
- Training matrices
- Audit trackers
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date and client-ready.
- Support preparation of monthly reporting packs.
- Onsite Task Management
- Support Site Managers with:
- Resident newsletters
- Communication drafts
- Maintenance coordination
- Action list management
- Monitor progress of ongoing operational projects.
- Ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders updated.
- Payroll & HR Support
- Assist in preparation and submission of monthly payroll information.
- Liaise with Site Managers to verify timesheets and holiday records.
- Support payroll queries and data accuracy.
- Work closely with HR to ensure onboarding documentation is complete.
- Contractor & Client Liaison
- Obtain and compare contractor quotations.
- Liaise with third-party contractors to coordinate works.
- Assist in raising POs and tracking approvals.
- Communicate with client teams where required to support operational updates.
- Procurement Support
- Assist with ordering and tracking operational supplies.
- Support stock control across sites.
- Ensure procurement follows Zasbi processes and budget controls.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries and invoicing., * Audit actions completed within agreed timeframes.
- Tracker accuracy and reporting compliance.
- Onboarding completed within required timeframes.
- Payroll submission accuracy.
- Quote turnaround times.
- Positive feedback from Site Managers and Operations Manager.
- Reduction in recurring operational issues.
