Job description
Responsibilities Pre- and post-sales technical support for enterprise voice solutions Configuration and support of SIP, VoIP and RTP-based platforms Monitoring and troubleshooting voice services at protocol and packet level Working extensively with SBCs (Oracle preferred; Ribbon or AudioCodes also relevant) SIP trunking and PBX integration, including Asterisk Microsoft Teams voice integration Technical planning and design for customer deployments Customer-facing technical presentations and troubleshooting calls Collaboration with global engineering teams across multiple time zones Required Experience Strong, hands-on experience with SBCs (Oracle, Ribbon, AudioCodes or similar) Deep understanding of SIP, VoIP and RTP, including real-world troubleshooting Experience with SIP trunking and enterprise voice environments PBX experience (Asterisk highly desirable) Confident working directly with customers in technical discussions Solid networking fundamentals with a voice focus Desirable
Requirements
