- Quantify waste and inefficiency using time-and-motion style measurements (e.g., wait time, cycle time, rework rates) and translate findings into prioritized remediation opportunities
- Produce clear, actionable "current-state" and "future-state" maps with an associated gap analysis and a prioritized transformation backlog (including estimated effort, cost, and expected business value/ROI)
- Recommend and own a continuous improvement cadence (e.g., monthly value stream reviews, quarterly kaizen cycles) and governance model to ensure sustained reduction of waste and measurable improvement
- Define and articulate a comprehensive vision for the digital transformation initiative, emphasizing the adoption of DevOps practices
- Coach teams on practical lean/DevOps techniques (e.g., limiting work-in-progress, pull-based flow, trunk-based development, automated release gates) that eliminate waste and improve throughput
- Define, collect, analyze, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for software delivery and team execution to ensure continuous improvement and accountability
