Group Senior Engineer - IT Endpoint Management

• Review and oversee the teams demand, intake from the business through project softwares and ticketing systems
• Participate in the design and development of features and systems, from initial architecture through implementation and post-deployment support
• Collaborate with other platform teams to ensure successful deployment of deliverables needed
• Troubleshoot and Provide Tier 3 support to resolve complex technical issues related to endpoint systems and infrastructure, * We, the Endpoint Team department, are the trusted partner that drives the technical transformation of Octapharma. Together with Business, we create and deliver technical solutions to transform the organisation and improve performance.
• We are a team of Engineers who work on the design, and development of endpoint-related solutions, such as device management platforms.

The minimum gross salary according to the austrian collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4,270.14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Technical Certifcation courses in IT
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in providing IT technical support or administering IT systems
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and On Prem Endpoint systems
• Knowledge of mobile devices, desktop systems, IoT devices and other connected assets
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Strong prioritization, problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
