Your role, your impact
As a Scrum Master, you'll join the project and department within our client's social protection division. Your role will be to support one or more teams in implementing and optimizing Scrum practices.
Your day-to-day
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews);
- Encourage collaboration, communication and self-organization within teams;
- Monitor progress indicators and ensure backlog transparency;
- Identify and remove obstacles that could impact productivity or quality;
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and clarifying requirements;

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master;
- Strong understanding of Agile values and principles;
- Ability to build trust and advance the Agile maturity of teams;
- Coaching and listening abilities with excellent communication skills;
- Customer relations skills.
Extra edge
- PSM, CSM or equivalent certification.
