Job description
As an SAP Program / Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, managing, and successfully delivering complex SAP programs and projects. You coordinate cross-functional teams, manage external service providers, oversee budgets, and ensure timely and quality-compliant implementation while considering both technical and business requirements.
Your Responsibilities
Program and Project Management

Plan, lead, and manage medium to large SAP projects (S/4HANA, ERP transformations, rollouts, integration projects).

Define project goals, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning.

Implement and apply appropriate project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).

Prepare and lead steering committees, status reviews, and decision-making meetings.

Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery, adhering to DXC and industry best practices.
Stakeholder and Communication Management

Collaborate closely with business units, IT, management, and external partners.

Conduct workshops for requirements analysis and decision-making.

Ensure clear and target-group-oriented project communication.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance

Identify , assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Monitor project progress, budget, and KPIs, and derive necessary measures.
Team Leadership and Coordination

Lead cross-functional project teams in matrix organizations.

Manage external implementation partners (e.g., SAP consulting firms, system integrators).

Foster team collaboration, motivation, and efficient working practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * University degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Several years of experience in managing complex SAP projects or programs.

Strong knowledge of common SAP S4/HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM).

Experience with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA, Scrum/Agile).

Ideally certified in one of the previously mentioned methodologies.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

High solution orientation, assertiveness, and decision-making capabilities.

Fluent written and spoken German - and English.
