Job description
The Oracle ERP Program Manager is responsible for leading large-scale Oracle ERP implementation and transformation programs across multiple regions. This role ensures successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, while aligning with business objectives and global standards., * Oversee end-to-end Oracle ERP program delivery, including planning, execution, and governance.
- Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor program progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with global standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to executive leadership.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Oracle?, * Extensive experience in managing Oracle ERP programs (Cloud or On-Premise).
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.).
- Proven track record in program management within complex, global environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
