As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at TRACT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, design, and implementation of our insights platform. Leveraging your expertise in both frontend and backend development, you will lead technical projects and contribute directly to scalable, reliable, and intuitive solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into efficient and maintainable code, optimizing performance and ensuring a seamless user experience. Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You're a seasoned seasoned engineer with a strong foundation in both software development and system design, and you're motivated by purpose-driven work that creates real-world impact.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's is a plus.

You bring 7+ years of industry experience, including at least 3 years in a senior engineering role.

You're highly proficient in Python and React with TypeScript, and have hands-on experience with technologies like FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and BigQuery.

You thrive as a full-stack developer, confidently bridging frontend and backend systems to build robust, scalable solutions.

You take end to end ownership - from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.

You're a clear communicator and strong collaborator, able to mentor others and drive team-wide technical excellence.

Agile methodologies are second nature to you, and you enjoy iterative, user-focused development.
