Job description

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box features, with a strong focus on the Lightning Platform.
  • Build and manage Flows, Approval Processes, and declarative automation to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development and deployments.
  • Set up and manage Salesforce environments, including development, testing, and production.
  • Ensure adherence to standards, QA processes, and best practices within Salesforce.
  • Design and implement integrations using standard Salesforce integration patterns.
  • Develop and enhance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce DX.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (SCRUM) environment.
  • Support DevOps and release management activities using tools such as AutoRABIT.
  • Work with cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, for integration or supporting services., * Exposure to modern DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based platforms.
  • A collaborative Agile working environment following SCRUM practices.
  • Challenging projects involving Salesforce Lightning, integrations, and automation.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of overall experience as a Salesforce Developer or in Salesforce-based implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning platform, including flows and approval processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and Salesforce DevOps practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce environment setup, configuration, and release management.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, and QA processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and external system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce DX and Lightning Web Components.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure platform in enterprise environments.
  • Good-to-have experience with Apex tooling, Salesforce Shield, andRABIT.
