Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who wants to work at the cutting edge of UX and Conversion Rate Optimisation.

You'll design experiences that directly impact business growth - helping users make better decisions and helping brands generate more leads, enquiries, and sales.

You'll work closely with strategists, analysts, copywriters, and developers to deliver meaningful, measurable improvements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing high-performing landing pages and website experiences
  • Creating UX improvements grounded in behavioural insight and CRO principles
  • Translating research, data, and user feedback into clear design solutions
  • Producing wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
  • Collaborating on CRO experiments and optimisation roadmaps
  • Bringing creative ideas to the table - not just "best practice" templates
  • Helping brands improve clarity, trust, and decision-making confidence, * Work with one of the most specialised CRO agencies in the UK

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, We're looking for someone with experience and strong creative thinking.

You should have:

  • Proven UX design experience (agency or in-house)
  • A solid understanding of CRO and user behaviour
  • Strong portfolio showing design decisions that improved performance
  • Ability to balance creativity with conversion-focused thinking
  • Confidence designing for considered-purchase journeys (high trust, high intent)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with experimentation or optimisation programmes
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Hotjar, GA4, etc.
