Job description
As a Senior Functional Analyst Campus Solutions, you'll help design and deliver the technical and service roadmaps that underpin the University's student information system. Your work will directly support teaching, learning, and the end-to-end student lifecycle, turning complex academic and business needs into robust, scalable solutions.
You'll act as a functional expert for Campus Solutions, guiding requirements, system configuration, and integration with critical platforms such as finance, HR, and virtual learning environments. Working closely with ITS colleagues, SMEs, and businessstakeholders, you'll translate business priorities into high-quality designs, make informed technical decisions, and help eliminate technical debt while ensuring security, resilience, and best practice.
Engaging with suppliers, user groups, and higher education peers in the UK and internationally, you'll influence roadmap decisions, anticipate emerging challenges, and champion the effective use of Campus Solutions. In return, you'll join an inclusive, values-driven organisation where your expertise will have real impact at scale, and where you can continue to grow as a leader in digital transformation.
