Job description

· Daily administration and maintenance of the website (Magento).

· Creating, editing, and managing large product quantities online, including bulk uploads where required.

· Managing pricing updates, price increases/decreases, promotions, and price accuracy across the website.

· Maintaining product data: SKUs, attributes, descriptions, imagery, pricing, and stock-related content.

· Supporting category structure and navigation, including restructuring and cleanup of duplicate or outdated categories.

· Working closely with the SEO Specialist on content optimisation for categories and products.

· Implementing SEO-driven changes (content updates, internal linking, structured category content).

· Monitoring and resolving website issues such as broken links, duplication, formatting, and data inconsistencies.

· Carrying out quality assurance checks before and after updates go live.

· Liaising with marketing, SEO, and development teams to support campaigns and site improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SEO?, We are looking for an experienced, office-based Website Administrator to manage and maintain our e-commerce website on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and close collaboration with SEO and marketing teams. Previous experience is essential, ideally within a Magento-based environment., · Proven experience as a Website Administrator or E-commerce Administrator (essential).

· Hands-on experience with Magento (strongly preferred).

· Experience managing large product catalogues and bulk product uploads.

· Experience handling pricing updates and promotions within an e-commerce platform.

· Ability to work closely with SEO and content specialists.

· Strong attention to detail and structured working approach.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
