The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in virtualised environments (e.g., VMware), Linux/Windows systems, storage, networking, and security devices, along with professional certifications such as VCP, MCSE, or CCNP. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential, as is experience delivering high-quality customer service. You will also participate in an on-call rota and support cloud services strategy and innovation.
