Job description
The Support Administrator plays a vital role in supporting service users and ensuring the smooth coordination of the support team. This role involves maintaining accurate records, completing support sessions, and providing essential administrative assistance. It's well suited to someone organised, proactive, and confident using IT systems., * Complete service user support sessions in line with organisational standards.
- Ensure all service user files are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
- Track when risk assessments and support plans require review, and remind outdoor support workers to complete updates.
- Make and receive housing benefit calls to support service users with claims and queries.
- Provide general administrative support to the Support Team Leader and wider support team.
- Maintain clear communication with staff to ensure smooth coordination of support activities.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident working with service users and staff
- Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (email management)
- Experience in an administrative or support-focused role is desirable, * Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
