Platform Engineer

The Platform Engineer will primarily focus on developing and maintaining frontend components for internal platform tools, working closely with senior platform engineers and backend teams. The role includes building user-friendly interfaces, integrating frontend components with backend APIs, contributing to platform features across their lifecycle, and gradually learning backend development, infrastructure automation, and Kubernetes operations to grow into a full Platform Engineer role., * Proficiency with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, yarn)

• Understanding of REST APIs and frontend integration
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and modern component frameworks (e.g., Vuetify)
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Basic understanding of backend development concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, * Familiarity with Docker and containerization concepts
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes
• Experience building internal tools or developer platforms
• Knowledge of design systems and state management libraries (Vuex, Pinia, Redux)

• Strong proficiency in French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Mandatory onsite work: 3 days per week at the customer office in Toulouse, France.
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• Strong knowledge of Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API)
