Job description
BI & Data Ownership
- Own and govern core data domains, including product and supplier master data
- Define data standards, structures, and quality controls across the alliance
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data used for reporting and analytics
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to support buying and management teams
- Translate commercial and operational questions into clear analytical requirements
- Deliver actionable insights that support supplier negotiations, performance tracking, and decision-making
Systems & Integrations
- Act as the business-side expert during BI, data platform, and system implementations
- Work closely with IT teams and external partners on data integrations, data flows, and tooling enhancements
- Support integrations across finance, supply chain, and supplier systems
Process & Data Standardisation
- Analyse and standardise data-related processes across member companies
- Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in data usage and reporting
- Drive adoption of BI tools and data standards across stakeholders
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Buying, Finance, and IT teams
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users
- Support management with data-driven insights for strategic and operational decisions
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Are you a Senior BI Specialist with experience in the food retail sector who enjoys taking ownership of complex product and supplier data? Do you enjoy shaping BI tools, data models, and reporting standards in a multi-stakeholder environment?, * Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data-focused analyst roles
- Mandatory experience in Food Retail; experience in FMCG, procurement, or supply chain environments is a strong plus
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, AWS)
- Solid technical foundation in data modelling, system analysis, and data integrations; SQL required, Python is a strong plus
- Structured, analytical, and comfortable owning complex data landscapes
- Clear communicator who can translate data into concrete business insights
- Fluent in English; no visa sponsorship possible
