Are you a Cloud Engineer who thrives on building scalable, secure and automated cloud environments? For a fast-growing organization in the lease and financing sector, we are looking for a Cloud Engineer who enjoys developing robust cloud platforms for innovative fintech solutions. You will have plenty of freedom to turn ideas into reality, collaborate with other teams and make a real impact on the IT architecture., As a Cloud Engineer, you are responsible for managing, optimizing and further developing the cloud infrastructure. The focus is on stability, security, performance and cost control. Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing cloud architectures
- Acting as a technical sparring partner for development, application management and business teams
- Defining cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code and automating deployments
- Proactively identifying security risks and proposing improvements
- Handling incidents and setting up monitoring
- Optimizing cloud performance and managing cloud costs
- You will be part of the IT Operations team and work closely with other Cloud Engineers and infrastructure specialists.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Master's degree?, You are analytical, collaborative and proactive. You continuously develop your skills and actively seek improvements in technology and processes. In addition, you have:
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and infrastructure management
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Bicep and/or Terraform)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework and the Azure Well-Architected Framework
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
- Knowledge of cloud security and compliance (IAM, network security, GDPR)
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as the ELK stack, Prometheus and Grafana

- A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €5,600 (based on a 40-hour workweek)
- A one-year contract with the intention of a permanent position
