Job description
- Design, implement, and govern robust data models within Databricks Data Catalogues, leveraging Medallion Architecture for high-quality, analytics-ready data
- Develop and maintain engaging, high-performance Power BI dashboards that translate complex data into clear business narratives
- Own data quality and governance, implementing validation and integrity checks across data pipelines
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs, capture analytical requirements, and deliver insights that influence operational strategy
Requirements
- An excellent communicator, able to present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- A T-SQL expert, with strong experience writing, optimising, and debugging complex queries and procedures
- Strong working knowledge of Python (eg Pandas) for Scripting and data manipulation, with an interest in building production-grade pipelines
- Deep understanding of Power BI data modelling, performance optimisation, and the impact of DAX
