Job description
At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Test Automation Specialist to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Design, preparation and monitoring of automated tests.
- Contribution to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process.
- Evaluation of the tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach.
- Creation of an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.
- Design and development (new or modified) of test automation solutions that meet the business needs and apply continuous integration technologies, especially targeting backend/web service-based interfaces.
- Enabling the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.
- Creation of automated test reporting and metrics collection.
- Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Bachelor degree in IT and years 11 of experience in IT.
- At least 1 year of specific expertise in Java.
- At least 1 year of specific expertise in Web Services.
- Good knowledge of test automation technologies, tools and techniques.
- Experience in the creation of test automation solutions involving own programming.
- Good knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
- Experience in the test data management.
- Experience with scripting and programming: Java, Groovy.
- Experience working with SQL and database servers.
- Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture.
- Knowledge of Relational DBMS.
- Experience using continuous integration techniques and tools: Bamboo, Git.
- Experience using testing tools: SoapUI, Postman, Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience working with containerisation tools: Docker.
- Familiarity with interoperability technology (e.g., web services, message-oriented middleware).
- Fluent in English at least at a level B1.
