Job description

Data is deeply embedded in the product, engineering, quality, and customer experience culture at Tesla. This role will collaborate across Demand Generation, Marketing, Web Development, Software, and executive teams to optimize the Web and Digital Customer Experience for Tesla Energy for all of Europe.

This position requires an in-depth understanding of digital marketing best practices, web UI/UX, web traffic data, web marketing channels, first through third party data, and data analysis.

Web Digital Platforms Analyst at Tesla supports campaign planning, site optimization, campaign performance, and data activation. What You'll Do

  • Lead web analytics for Tesla Energy in Europe, optimizing customer conversion and interaction.
  • Design Tests and Audit performance in paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, X, and others)
  • Design and conduct A/B tests on web pages to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
  • Analyze web traffic data to recommend UX enhancements and ensure tagging/tracking compliance.
  • Combine marketing channel data with CRM insights for audience sizing and campaign optimization.
  • Deploy dashboards and conduct impact analysis of business process changes on customer experience.
  • Understand multi-channel marketing campaigns and develop explanatory performance models.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web analytics?, * Relevant enterprise-level experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or data science.

  • Business-level communication skills in German and English (Italian a plus).
  • Expertise in BigQuery, GA4 funnels, A/B test configuration, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools (significance tests, regression, time series analysis).
  • Strong ability to use BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI) and write SQL.
  • Experience blending web data with CRM/databases across multiple systems.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with UX design, Design Thinking, and data taxonomy (DMP/CDP), Optimizely.
