- Take full responsibility for the product lifecycle of a specific casual title.
- Manage the in-game event calendar, ensuring engaging content that maximizes retention.
- Write clear, detailed PRDs and wireframes for new features.
- Ensure that all events and features authentically represent the IP.
- Monitor game KPIs daily and run A/B tests to optimize the player journey.
- Balance the game economy to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the development team during sprints.
Requirements
A fast-growing game services company is seeking a data-driven Product Manager to oversee the lifecycle of a casual game title. In this full-time remote role, you will manage content, analyze game performance, and ensure a fun player experience while working closely with development teams. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of mobile gaming experience, a strong grasp of casual genres, and proficiency in data analysis tools. - Strong understanding of casual game mechanics, specifically in arcade, puzzle, or trivia categories.
- Proven experience running live operations, including event scheduling, sales, and content updates.
- Comfort using analytics tools to derive insights and justify product decisions.
- Ability to translate complex game concepts into simple, actionable documentation for developers.
- Experience working with branded content or IPs is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between creative, technical, and business teams.
- Fluent in English.
