IT Onsite Technician

We are looking for a Workplace Engineer to provide onsite IT support for end users and workplace technologies, with some exposure to network and datacenter smart hands activities. This role is ideal for candidates who already have hands-on IT support experience and want to grow their technical skills in a professional enterprise environment. Workplace & End-User Support

• Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment
• Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors
• Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Provide friendly, customer-focused support to end users
• Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required

Asset & Service Management

• Update asset and CMDB records
• Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems
• Support inventory management and spare parts handling
• Perform device decommissioning

Do you have experience in iOS development?, * Technical education (IT school, associate degree) or equivalent work experience

• CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus, but not mandatory
• driver's license
• 2-5 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Excellent time management skill
