Job description

  • IT Change management: production and management of operations to be implemented in the production environment in order to minimize impacts
  • Qualification, review, follow-up and validation in decision-making committees
  • Control, analysis and arbitration of significant and major production changes, as well as the relevant assessment of risks and impacts
  • Management and assistance to the BRCs of the technical entities and beneficiaries
  • The evolution of the catalogue of standard changes
  • Classification of operations with technical and business units (updating of repositories: service catalogue, classification of operations, intervention slots, CMDB, etc.)
  • Process support via ITSM change management tool
  • Maintenance of the IT global calendar (Major Events Calendar)
  • Adapting to the new change management process and tool
  • Assistance to entities for the secure deployment of infrastructure transformation projects (Run & Build)
  • Simplification of the change process
  • Monitoring of technical operations (impact analysis and change management) and management of preparation meetings
  • Monitoring of operations on weekends (minimum one Saturday/Sunday per month)
  • Assistance to operational entities in drafting and securing impact studies
  • The operational link and coordination between the Group's technical and IT departments
  • Impact assessment
  • Contribution to continuous process improvement

Mandatory skills:

  • ITIL & Process Governance - Applies ITIL frameworks to manage change requests, approvals, and compliance.
  • Technical Communication - Translates technical impacts of changes for both IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Infrastructure Awareness - Understands systems architecture, dependencies, and risk areas during change planning.
  • CAB & Release Coordination - Leads Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and aligns changes with release cycles.
  • Incident & Problem Integration - Coordinates with incident/problem management to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Responsabilités:

  • Conduite du changement informatique : production et gestion des opérations à mettre en place dans l'environnement de production afin de minimiser les impacts
  • Qualification, relecture, suivi et validation dans les comités de décision
  • Le contrôle, l'analyse et l'arbitrage des changements significatifs et majeurs de production, ainsi que l'évaluation pertinente des risques et des impacts
  • Gestion et assistance aux CRB des entités techniques et des bénéficiaires
  • L'évolution du catalogue des modifications de normes
  • Classification des opérations avec les unités techniques et métiers (mise à jour des référentiels : catalogue de services, classification des opérations, créneaux d'intervention, CMDB, etc.)
  • Accompagnement des processus via l'outil de gestion du changement ITSM
  • Maintenance du calendrier informatique global (Major Events Calendar)
  • S'adapter au nouveau processus et outil de gestion du changement
  • Assistance aux entités pour le déploiement sécurisé de projets de transformation d'infrastructures (Run & Build)
  • Simplification du processus de changement
  • Suivi des opérations techniques (analyse d'impact et conduite du changement) et gestion des réunions de préparation
  • Suivi des opérations les week-ends (minimum un samedi/dimanche par mois)
  • Assistance aux entités opérationnelles dans la rédaction et la sécurisation des études d'impact
  • Le lien opérationnel et la coordination entre les directions techniques et informatiques du Groupe
  • Analyse d'impact

Compétences obligatoires:

  • ITIL et gouvernance des processus - Applique les cadres ITIL pour gérer les demandes de changement, les approbations et la conformité.
  • Communication technique - Traduit les impacts techniques des changements pour les équipes informatiques et les parties prenantes de l'entreprise.
  • Connaissance de l'infrastructure - Comprend l'architecture des systèmes, les dépendances et les zones de risque lors de la planification des changements.
  • CAB et coordination des versions - Dirige les réunions du Conseil consultatif sur les changements (CAB) et aligne les changements sur les cycles de publication.
  • Intégration des incidents et des problèmes - Coordonne la gestion des incidents et des problèmes pour assurer des transitions en douceur et un minimum de perturbations.
