Job description
Join us as a P2P Expert for Coupa and other financial tools to drive efficiency and scalability in our procurement and accounts payable processes. You will play a key role in optimizing our financial stack and ensuring seamless integration across our tools. In this role, you will work primarily with Coupa, along with other finance tools like Kofax and Amelkis. Working with Marie Brandicourt in the Finance Transformation team, you will help scale our financial processes while maintaining robust controls and efficiency. As a Product Owner at Qonto, you will:

Manage and optimize Coupa (and other tools) design and configuration, ensuring alignment with business needs and data integrity

Lead all enhancements, support, request processing, problem detection and resolution activities, including incoming and outgoing interfaces

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience

Work closely with the Corporate Automation technical team (development, parameterization, technical production, etc.) and Finance Transformation Project Managers

Provide support and training to business users

Maintain system documentation and process guidelines and manage IT audit on your scope What you can expect:

Regular system upgrades and feature implementations
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably with exposure to financial systems or in banking/fintech environments
- P2P knowledge : P2P knowledge of softwares such as Coupa, Ivalua, SAP Aryba or others
- Project Management: Experience in managing system implementations and process improvements
- Business Understanding: Knowledge of Procurement and Accounts Payable processes is a plus
- English: Fluent English is required; French is a plus
