Depending on your profile and preferences, you will join our Product Analytics team (supporting Product Managers and Product teams across our product portfolio). You will work closely with experienced manager-Ida, Senior Manager Product Analytics-reporting to Daniele, Head of Data. They will support you in delivering impactful analytics work and growing your career within a large, structured team. As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will * Work as a true business partner with Product Managers, not just an executor - you'll challenge metrics, influence decisions, and shape product strategy * Master frontend tracking events and user behavior analysis -, (Product Managers, Designers, Heads of Product). The team is in a consolidation phase, spending 50-60% of time on BI work and moving toward more strategic analysis work (A/B testing, discovery, impact measurement). You will help product teams understand user behavior and validate product decisions. * How we work: We follow the Qonto Way methodology, which emphasizes one-piece flow, value analysis, and value engineering. You will work in close partnership with your stakeholders, attending team meetings and building trusted relationships. Requirements
understanding how users interact with our product is at the core of everything you do * Drive A/B testing from design to impact measurement - this is a key part of your daily work * Perform deep funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and opportunities for conversion optimization * Use a modern Data stack to analyze & blend together frontend-generated events with backend events. Amplitude, Metabase, Snowflake & Cursor are what we use on a daily basis. * Have ownership: you are autonomously in charge of your own product domain passing through all stages: understanding customer problems, identifying the business value of improving it, setting up the right data to visualise it and analyse it, coming up with recommendations to be followed by Product, as well as ensuring adoption - your work isn't done when the dashboard is published, but when it drives an outcome. What you can expect * Product Analytics: You will support Product stakeholders, building analytics capabilities in fast-growing tech companies. She is passionate about enabling product teams through data and focuses on helping her team members grow their impact and autonomy. Ida reports to Daniele, Head of Data, who oversees the entire Analytics function and ensures alignment across teams. About You * SQL proficiency: You are comfortable writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. You have worked with large datasets and can navigate modern data warehouses * BI experience: You have built dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. You understand data visualization best practices and can turn data into clear, actionable insights for business users * Product analytics expertise: Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) is a strong plus * Stakeholder management: You have worked with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, managed competing priorities, and delivered work on time. You communicate proactively and know how to build trust through consistent delivery * Ownership mindset: You don't settle for "dashboard published" or "analysis delivered". You follow up with stakeholders to ensure your work is adopted and drives decisions, and you iterate based on their feedback * Project delivery and communication: You can break down projects into clear steps, manage your timelines, and communicate progress regularly.
