Job description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Laravel Developer to strengthen our team. Zoofy is a fast-growing service platform that connects customers with the best available professionals for home improvement and maintenance jobs. We focus on speed, quality, and reliability. What you'll do Build and maintain an API-first platform using Laravel 12 and PHP 8.4+ Develop payment integrations with Mollie (iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card) and MoneyBird (accounting/ERP) Design and build REST APIs with multiple versions for different users (B2B partners, professionals, and consumers) Set up and maintain webhooks for payments, accounting, and integrations with external systems Work with an event-driven architecture featuring 30+ events and corresponding listeners Configure and manage background jobs using Redis queues and Laravel Horizon Tech stack

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with PHP, including 3 years with Laravel Strong knowledge of MySQL, including performance optimization and indexing Experience integrating payment providers such as Mollie, Stripe, or Adyen Experience building and consuming REST APIs, including versioning Familiarity with webhooks and external integrations Experience with queues and background processing Ability to work effectively within an event-driven architecture Nice to have

Experience with MoneyBird or other accounting/ERP systems
Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
Experience with Firebase (FCM, Dynamic Links)
Background in marketplaces or service-oriented applications
Knowledge of address validation APIs (such as Postcode API)
