- Provide exemplary IT technical support to internal colleagues
- Manage, inspire, and develop a team of 1st line support analysts
- Ensure high quality regional 1st line support services
- Troubleshoot and resolve 1st line technical issues and application support queries
- Maintain an always learning approach to minimize delays in ticket resolution
- Proactively address and prevent technical issues before they occur
- Understand and support the technology offer to ensure a seamless user experience
- Prepare and support endpoints throughout their life cycle
- Travel within the local geography to assist field-based colleagues
- Consider user experience in every interaction

Requirements
- Substantive experience in 1st Line support
- Experience or enthusiasm for managing a team
- Proactive approach to minimizing failure demand in service
- Effective troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with Operating Systems, basic networking, software installation, and configuration
- Strong remote support skills and IT administrative abilities
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure with keen attention to detail
- Highly effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
