Job description

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across the organization
  • Resolve a wide range of technical issues
  • Manage support tickets efficiently
  • Work closely with other IT teams and third-party suppliers
  • Ensure high levels of service is delivered to the business
  • Assist with technical projects alongside day-to-day support responsibilities

  • Windows, We are a well-established UK organization currently undergoing a major digital transformation programme, and were excited to offer a fixed-term 18-month contract for an IT Support Analyst to join our internal IT team. This role includes hybrid working, requiring attendance at our headquarters in Winchester 2-3 days per week. You will gain exposure to new systems, platforms, and ways of working in a fast-paced, varied support role. We focus on investing in technology and our people, providing excellent experience in a modernizing IT environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or IT Support environment
  • Proficient in Windows 11 support
  • Experienced with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration
  • Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra access management
  • Skilled in Microsoft Exchange / email troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Service Desk / ticketing systems
  • Experience with remote support tools
  • Competent in printer setup and troubleshooting
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills (e.g., switches, Wi-Fi, Meraki)
  • Nice to have: Microsoft Dynamics support experience
  • Nice to have: Experience with telephony systems (Mitel, Avaya or similar)
  • Nice to have: ITIL knowledge or certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for excellent service
