An established IT service provider in Leeds is going through an exciting period of growth and is looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Support Engineer with a strong background in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. If you're used to supporting multiple clients, handling complex escalations, and taking ownership of technical issues, this role will suit you., * Provide 3rd Line support across Microsoft, networking, security, and server technologies
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Lead and assist with project work, migrations, and system improvements
- Manage changes, updates, and remote installations
- Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver work to SLA

Requirements
Do you have experience in Virtualization?, You'll work across varied customer environments, delivering advanced support, leading project work, and acting as an escalation point for the service desk. The role requires someone who is confident, proactive, and able to maintain high standards under pressure., * Previous MSP experience supporting multiple clients
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Networking: firewalls, VPNs, VLANs
- Security: MFA, EDR, Zero Trust
- Virtualisation: Hyper-V and/or VMware
- Strong troubleshooting and escalation handling
Desirable Skills / Certifications
- PowerShell or automation experience
- SonicWall SNSA / SNSP
- MS-102
- MS-721
