Job description
- Manage and optimise on-prem and cloud-hosted systems
- Perform advanced daily monitoring of servers, hardware, and key services
- Oversee lifecycle management of IT assets and third-party devices
- Conduct vulnerability scanning and manage remediation activities
- Operate security control tools to protect corporate assets
- Maintain patching, business impact analysis, business continuity planning, and recovery processes
- Administer cloud environments in partnership with suppliers
- Oversee Identity & Access Management via MS Entra ID
- Support WiFi, firewalls, VPNs, and core network services
- Act as a senior escalation point for 2nd/3rd line issues
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network problems
- Provide expert support for critical systems such as CAFM

Requirements
- Extensive experience in systems administration
- Strong knowledge of cloud-hosted environments and on-prem systems
- Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online and Teams
- Expertise in identity and access management via MS Entra ID
- In-depth understanding of network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Experience with security compliance and vulnerability management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Ability to implement automation and best practices in systems and processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
