Data Migration Lead

• Lead the SAP Data Migration workstream across the programme lifecycle
• Set direction, priorities and standards for data migration activities
• Coordinate delivery across teams
• Oversee data readiness, trial migrations and issue resolution
• Provide clear, accurate reporting and recommendations into programme governance
• Act as the senior point of contact for data migration with Finance and business stakeholders

Technologies:

• SAP
• ETL

• Strong SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration leadership experience
• Comfortable running complex data migration workstreams in large programmes
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and challenging when required
• Clear communicator who brings structure, transparency and trust to delivery
• Happy operating at workstream-lead level rather than hands-on build

We are a leading FMCG organization located in Watford, easily accessible by train on the London to Birmingham route or by car. We offer a hybrid working model, requiring 12 days on site each month, and we are hiring for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The salary is approximately £80k, along with additional benefits.
