Lead Data Analyst

As Lead Data Analyst, you'll own the analytical strategy and delivery for a set of strategic client accounts. Acting as a senior data and technology partner, you'll define client roadmaps, build robust analytical infrastructure, and translate complex data into clear, commercially focused insights for senior stakeholders.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role sitting at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business strategy.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of client data projects
• Design and maintain production-grade data models using SQL and dbt
• Lead analytical strategy, measurement, and attribution discussions
• Build compelling dashboards and data stories for senior audiences
• Manage multiple workstreams and client roadmaps
• Mentor junior analysts and set high analytical standards

• Expert-level SQL and strong dbt experience
• Proven client or stakeholder management experience (consulting/agency a plus)
• Advanced data visualisation skills (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing data (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, attribution)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor and team leader
• Experience or interest in Python / data modelling is a bonus
