Job description
- Manage a cross-functional development team to achieve delivery targets
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to facilitate decision-making in a timely manner
- Ensure appropriate project management methodologies are applied to development processes
- Create and update the team's capacity plan, validating resource needs against project schedule and plan.
- Anticipate and drive to resolve, remove, and/or manage risks and dependencies to the team.
- Use basic change management models when supporting change initiatives.
- As a People Manager, directly manage the professional development plans and performance of direct reports by following established EA standards and processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visio?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 2-4 years of Project Management Experience with production lifecycles, processes and project planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Business, 3D Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a Scrum / Agile software development environment (Jira, Perforce, and Visio)
- Stakeholder management experience with cross-functional and/or distributed teams.
