Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will own the delivery of end-to-end AI solutions, sitting at the intersection of software engineering and data science. You'll work closely with teams across the business to turn problems into working, measurable AI products that deliver real value.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Designing, building, and running AI solutions
• Combining software engineering, data engineering, and machine learning / LLM skills to deliver robust AI products
• Leading medium to large AI initiatives independently, making technical decisions and trade-offs
• Working closely with stakeholders
• Building reusable AI components, services, and APIs aligned with existing platforms
• Running experiments, pilots, and A/B tests to validate ideas before scaling
• Mentoring engineers and data scientists

The successful AI Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

• 8+ years experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or software engineering roles
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions in production
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with classical machine learning and LLMs / generative AI (prompting, RAG, APIs)
• Solid software engineering fundamentals
• Experience working with cloud platforms
