Senior Software Systems Engineer

• Architect intelligent orchestration of multi-component systems for regulated manufacturing.
• Turn complex clinical requirements into actionable workflows in software.
• Ensure the architecture is adaptable for future-proofing while robust enough for a regulated industry.
• Provide clarity in software requirements for the development team to follow.
• Understand trade-offs and technical risk while adopting relevant regulatory compliances.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and engage in agile-based planning.

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Extensive experience in delivering complex software systems for manufacture or operational environments.
• Understanding how to build and manage robust, regulated systems using tools such as DOORS or Jama.
• Demonstrable project experience across systems engineering lifecycle from requirements capture to integration, verification and project completion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal and external software teams as well as other stakeholders.
• Strong project management understanding so everyone is aligned, priorities are understood and scope of projects are feasible.
