What You Bring + Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science (or equivalent). + At least 5 years experience in a hardware engineering role. + Can demonstrate appetite for engineering leadership. + Demonstrated high performance and achievement throughout a full product development life cycle (including system design, development, integration, test, verification). + Experienced in the architectural design of ruggedized computer systems based on VPX or CPCI or similar form factors. + Familiar with the challenges of integrating single board computers and peripheral cards (VPX, CPCI or similar) into ruggedised computer systems. + Familiar with Schematic design using Altium, Mentor Expedition or similar package. + Familiar with the design, manufacture and component assembly of multi-layer PCBs. + Familiar with DC-DC PSU design.
