Automation Tester - eDV Cleared

We are working with a client delivering critical national security programmes and are seeking an experienced Automation Tester. This is a hands-on role within a secure environment, supporting the development of systems that have a direct impact on national security., * Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks

• Execute automated and manual tests across complex secure systems
• Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and delivery teams in Agile environments
• Identify defects early and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Support CI/CD pipelines and overall test strategy

• Active eDV clearance (essential)
• Strong experience in automation testing
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar
• Knowledge of Agile / DevOps practices
• Experience testing APIs, integrations, and backend services
• Must be able to work on-site in Cheltenham

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Exposure to performance, security, or non-functional testing
• Previous experience on government or national security programmes

Salary up to £70,000
